Keep your home looking its best
Over time, your home's siding accumulates dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and oxidation that regular rain simply won't remove. Left untreated, these contaminants cause premature aging of your siding and paint, create an uninviting appearance, and can even affect indoor air quality as spores infiltrate through windows and doors.
Giani Exterior Services provides professional house washing for homeowners throughout the NH Seacoast, Southern Maine, and the Lakes Region — from Portsmouth and Hampton to Wolfeboro and Alton. Our soft wash process uses low-pressure water and professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning solutions to safely lift away buildup without the risk of damage that comes with high-pressure washing.
What's included in our house washing service
- Full exterior siding cleaning — vinyl, wood, fiber cement, stucco, brick
- Fascia, soffits, and trim
- Gutters (exterior faces)
- Window frames and surrounds
- Pre and post rinse of surrounding landscaping
Why soft washing — not pressure washing
High-pressure washing can force water behind siding, strip paint, damage wood, and void siding warranties. Our soft wash approach uses water pressure lower than a garden hose combined with professional biodegradable cleaning solutions. The solutions do the work — not brute force. The result is a deeper clean that also kills mold and algae at the root, so results last far longer than pressure washing alone.
Where we serve
We serve all towns across the NH Seacoast including Portsmouth, Exeter, Dover, Durham, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Stratham, Greenland, Newmarket, Lee, Nottingham, Barrington, Rye, North Hampton, Newington, and more. We also serve Southern Maine including Kittery, Eliot, Berwick, and York, and the NH Lakes Region including Wolfeboro, Alton, Gilmanton, Barnstead, and New Durham.
Gutter brightening available as an add-on
The exterior face of gutters develops dark vertical tiger stripe staining over time — a combination of oxidation, algae, and electrostatically bonded dirt that won't come off with standard washing. Removing it requires a specific chemical treatment plus manual scrubbing, so it's quoted separately rather than included in a standard house wash. Ask about adding gutter brightening to your estimate if your gutters have visible streaking.
