Why spring is the right time to clean
New Hampshire winters are hard on home exteriors. Salt, sand, road spray, ice, and months of moisture accumulate on siding, roofs, gutters, and driveways. By late March, most NH homes have visible algae, mold, and staining that won't go away on its own. Spring cleaning removes that buildup at the right time — before the outdoor season begins, before growth gets established for summer, and before decks and patios are in regular use.
Spring is also when our schedule fills fastest. We recommend reaching out in March or early April to get on the calendar. April and May slots go quickly across the Seacoast and Southern NH.
